Please also read our Salon Policies for appointment, payment, refund and contact-information rules.
1. Acceptance & Related Policies
These Terms of Service apply to your use of perfactbrow.com and services provided by Perfact Brow Arch By Threading. By using this website, booking or receiving a service, you agree to these terms and our Salon Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.
The Salon Policies govern specific booking, deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, refund and service-fee rules, as well as contact information and marketing practices. Those specific rules control if there is a conflict on those subjects. Service-specific consent forms also apply; these terms do not replace informed consent or any rights you have under applicable law.
2. Services, Consultations & Patch Tests
Our beauty services may include threading, tinting, waxing, lashes, henna, skincare, laser hair removal and permanent makeup (PMU), including microblading. Availability and suitability vary. A consultation or inquiry is not a confirmed appointment or a promise that a treatment is appropriate for you.
We may require a consultation, health screening, patch test, separate consent form or medical clearance before proceeding. See Allergies & Patch Tests for requirements and timing. A patch test cannot rule out every possible reaction. Our services and website information are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Appointments, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Use our online booking options or call the salon for appointments and questions. Threading is walk-in only under our current Salon Policies. Follow your booking confirmation and contact us if information appears incorrect.
For deposits, cards on file, cancellation and rescheduling notice, late arrivals and no-show charges, please read Booking, Cancellations and No-Shows & Late Arrivals. This page does not establish any additional fee.
4. Payments & Gift Cards
You are responsible for authorized purchases and charges disclosed for your services. Confirm the current price before treatment. Payment processing and card storage may be handled by third-party providers such as Square, subject to their applicable terms.
Salon gift cards are subject to the terms disclosed when purchased and applicable law; confirm eligibility for a particular service before buying. See our refund policy, prices and service fees and payment dispute policy. Nothing here limits statutory refund, gift-card or payment-dispute rights.
5. Health Disclosures & Assumption of Risk
Before every service, provide complete, accurate information about allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent treatments and any other relevant health changes. Ask your medical provider about contraindications where appropriate. Do not proceed with a service if you know it is unsafe for you.
Beauty treatments carry risks, including irritation, allergic reactions, burns, skin lifting, infection, scarring and pigment or healing changes, depending on the treatment. Read the service-specific consent form, ask questions and follow preparation and aftercare instructions. You acknowledge inherent risks explained to you, but this is not a release of liability that cannot lawfully be waived. See Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results, retention, healing and the number of treatments needed vary with skin, hair, health, lifestyle and aftercare. Photos, examples and testimonials are illustrative, not guarantees of a particular outcome. Contact us promptly with concerns, following the process in our Salon Policies. Seek medical care for a suspected medical complication.
7. Minors & Parental Consent
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign consent where required. Some services, including permanent makeup, are not offered to minors. Parental permission does not override legal age restrictions or safety requirements. See Minors & Right to Refuse Service.
8. Photos & Media Consent
We may request service photos for consultation, treatment documentation or follow-up, explaining their purpose. Public use of identifiable photos or videos for marketing requires your separate permission; simply booking, checking in or accepting these terms does not grant marketing-photo consent. You may decline promotional photography. Contact us to withdraw permission for future promotional use; we will discuss removal from channels we control and any limits involving previously distributed material or third-party reposts.
9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Please treat staff and other clients respectfully and follow safety instructions. Harassment, threats, abusive behavior and unsafe conduct are not permitted. We may refuse, stop or reschedule a service for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior or policy violations, consistent with applicable law and without unlawful discrimination. Applicable appointment and payment rules remain those in our Salon Policies.
10. Products & Arborologia Online Shopping
Our website may feature products and link to arborologia.com to shop online. Purchases completed there are governed by that website's checkout terms, shipping, returns and privacy policies, not this page's salon booking rules. Review those policies and contact the seller listed on your order for help. Product information is not medical advice.
11. SMS, Email & Check-In Communications
Online booking, consultation forms and kiosk check-in help us manage visits and respond to requests. See Contact Information & Marketing for our stated collection and use practices. Provide only information you are authorized to share.
Marketing texts and emails are optional and require the applicable consent. Providing a phone number, booking or checking in does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services. Where you separately opt in, texts may include recurring promotional messages sent using automated technology; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. Reply HELP for help or call 336-774-3094. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or contact optout@perfactbrow.com. We honor opt-outs as required by law. You may still receive necessary non-promotional service communications through permitted channels; a text opt-out will be respected for that messaging program. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your contact details current and let us know if your number changes.
12. Website Use & Intellectual Property
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent bookings or misuse forms or check-in tools. Keep any login credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized account use.
Website text, branding, logos, photos and design belong to Perfact Brow or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
13. Third-Party Links & Providers
Booking, payments, shopping and communications may involve third-party services such as Square, Arborologia, Textedly and email delivery providers. Their services are subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Links do not guarantee third-party content, availability or performance. Review the relevant policies before sharing information or completing a transaction.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or security threats.
Service-related liability is addressed in our Salon Policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Perfact Brow Arch By Threading and its staff against reasonable third-party claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful website use, intentional misuse of our systems or infringement of another person's rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct or obligations that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
North Carolina law governs these terms, without overriding applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer protections. Subject to applicable law and court jurisdiction requirements, disputes will be heard in the appropriate state courts in Forsyth County, North Carolina, or the federal court serving that county. For salon-service concerns, follow the informal resolution and mediation process in Resolving Disputes. Nothing here prevents exercising non-waivable rights or contacting a regulator.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter completed transactions or previously obtained consent. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
