Store Policy for Refunds, Deposit, No-Show, cancellation and Service Fees
Perfact Brow Services Appointments are strict no-show or last minute cancellation.
• Fees will apply to any Service appointment book by phone, walk-in services, or Online Booking Appointments. If client is not show up, or has to cancel within 48 Hours of appointment.
• Full Service Fee will be charged, or No-Show Fee will be charged.
Charges range based on services booked. Up to full amount of service fee could be charged for no-show or last minute cancellation within 48 hours.
Any Deposit provided will be forfeited.
• Credit card is required at time of booking appointment, Card information will on file to authorize charges for no-show or short notice cancellation.
• Service Deposit is required for all services other then Threading and Tinting. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is non-transferable.
• No Refund on Products or Services. No Returns. All sales are final.
• Story policy for "Services Fees (4.5%) will be charged for all services over $18 or more.
• Allergy Awareness Policy: Clients must declare allergy before service provider. In such event employee or store If Customer has any known Allergies that may ssaffect health. Please avoid doing the services that can result in allergic reactions. such as Henna Brows, Tinting, Waxing, Henna Tattoo, Permanent Makeup, Lash Extensions, or any other services or products.
