Cancellations
At least 24 hours' notice required. 48 hours for permanent makeup, microblading, lash full sets and laser. Late cancellations are charged up to 100% of the service price.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows are charged up to 100% of the service price to the card on file. Arriving 15+ minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
Deposits & Card on File
A card is required to book. Deposits are required for all services except threading and tinting, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking, you authorize charges under this policy.
No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or returns on services, products or gift cards, except where required by law. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary correction.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices may be inaccurate or outdated. A 4.5% service fee applies to services of $18 or more.
Card Disputes
You agree to contact us first before filing any chargeback. Disputes filed without contacting us breach this policy and will be contested with signed consents, records, photos and booking logs.
Allergies & Patch Tests
You must tell us about allergies, medications, pregnancy and skin conditions. Patch tests are recommended or required for tint, henna, lashes and PMU. Declining a patch test means you accept the risk.
Your Responsibility
Services may cause redness, swelling, irritation, allergic reaction or uneven healing. You agree to follow all aftercare. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina and federal law, our liability is limited to the price of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Resolving Concerns
Please bring any concern to us in writing first, then mediation if needed. NC law applies; venue in Forsyth County, NC. Under 18 requires a parent or guardian. We may refuse service.
